Service costs

Includes 1.5 hours of face to face assessment and 30 minutes to review any additional reports or information and complete documentation following the session. 

30 minute face to face session or Telehealth session. Price is inclusive of 15 minute preparation and documentation time. 

45 minute face to face session or Telehealth session. Price is inclusive of 15 minute preparation and documentation time. 

60 minute face to face session or Telehealth session. Price is inclusive of 20 minute preparation and documentation time. 

Including resource development, discussion with other supports and health professionals, as needed to ensure the best outcomes for you. 

Travel to and from participants homes. Capped at 15 min per way for local travel. Up to 30 min each way for travel outside the Wollongong Shellharbour area. Where multiple participants are seen travel will be divided between participants to reduce the overall cost.
